Brendan McManus

To Mary ,Jean, Derek and Gavin,
You are constantly in out thoughts and prayers at this time. Brendan was a Dear and Cherished Friend who required no special favours. He was like one of the family and his death affected us accordingly. We will miss you terribly Brendan, our almost daily meetings were just part of our lives, May you rest in eternal comfort old Friend.

I will miss seeing Brendan walking Hercules around the block where we and our respective dogs greeted each other .

I offer my most sincere condolences to the extended McManus family upon the sudden death of Brendan in recent days. I always enjoyed my conversations with him after meetings of the Mount Merrion Historical Society about the night’s topic under discussion on the night in question. Brendan was always very generous with the time that he gave to Oatlands College and the Mount Merrion Historical Society as Treasurer as well. I hope that his hard work for the history society is acknowledged by many in the coming years. We will always remember you at the society meetings Brendan. Please Rest in Peace from now on Brendan.

My heartfelt sympathy to Mary and the McManus family. I was so sorry to learn of Brendan's sudden passing. We first met as members of the MMRA committee and he contributed much to his community over many years. Always remembered as a kind, wise and gentle soul.

Brendan has been our good friend and neighbour since we moved to Mount Merrion in 2015. He has been a great person to volunteer in the many Mount Merrion Community actions and events, including treasury & financial elements of the Residents Association, among others.
