Sincere sympathy to Brendan's Family on the passing of Brendan RIP, he was a true Gentleman and was a great help to us ladies running the Ladies and girls gaa teams and Saturday Crèche for the younger children in Clanna Gael Fontenoy. Every Christmas Brendan who was BFF with Santa would bring Santa to the club hall and he never complained even with 200 children in line also did same helping hand in Sports Co swimming club. So Breandan i have the highest respect for you and i hope your Family are as proud of you as we are . Rip Brendan's 😇😇

Brendan will be sorely missed by everyone in Ringsend BNS where he worked as a caretaker for many years. He was hugely popular with the staff and children. On a personal note, I'll really miss our chats about GAA and our shared love - Man United. Brendan was a true gentleman. He's going home to his beloved Phyllis now.

Couldn’t have had a better uncle and big brother for my mam than Brendan. So many fond memories from times in Malone Gardens especially Sunday breakfasts, Saturday nights in Murray’s, drinks after Dublin matches and chats about the team and their performance. Condolences to Brendan’s family. On his sad passing. When I started my 1st ever teaching position in St Pat’s Ringsend Brendan could not have been more welcoming. I was always in early and we had great chats & he spoke so fondly of his children/grandchildren. Even after I moved on, I would meet him all the time around the area & we would have great catch ups. He is at peace now and reunited with his beloved Phyliss. An absolute gentleman who will be missed by many. Rest in Peace Brendan ❤️
