Deepest sympathies to Helen, Richard and Carole on the sad passing of Brendan. I was lucky enough to work on Brendan’s team in Aon and he was a very special man. Kind, patient and caring as our unit leader, he also loved a good chat and a laugh. He wore his big heart on his sleeve in the loveliest of ways. He also had a drawer full of chocolate which was opened regularly and shared when needed most! He was the proudest father I’ve ever met and spoke about Richie and Carole constantly. He was great to stay in touch after Aon and I’ll miss his chats and hearing his big laugh.

A true gentleman. Rest in peace Brendan.

Dear Helen, Carol and Richard,
Deepest condolences on your loss. He was a wonderful neighbour and always had something positive to say, especially to our children. Once Sonny, our son, kicked the football over the wall and it broke a window in his greenhouse. I went over to apologise and to start making reparations but Sonny was really worried about it. Later that day Brendan called to the house. He'd bought Sonny a new football. That act of kindness and forgiveness was truly special and a dear memory that I will keep with me. Rest in peace
Dear Carole, Richard and Helen,
