My heart is broken having heard the shocking news of Brendan's passing.
Myself and Brendan went to school together,played football together and joined in in street games after dark on the parade and the drive .we also played along the canal jumping streams and hopping on and off the canal barges that used it for transport.I met Brendan and his lovely wife Brigid from time to time out walking .they were so happy and in love.we always had a laugh and a joke.May Brendan rest in peace ,and may the good Lord give Brigid and her lovely children the strength to bear their terrible loss .All the best Brendan.until next time Cheers.,❤️💚💜⚽🫂
