My heart goes out to you mary,peter and dara on the loss of a wonderful husband and father.A true gentleman,hard worker,loyal friend to all who had the good fortune to have met him along his path of life.He was a character always ready to have a chat make a joke and that big smile and the twinkle in his eye were infectious.I meet brendan in the 90s through his loving wife mary and her linedancing and enjoyed many a coffee and chat and night out over those years.He was always ready to help and lend a hand to everyone.I missed him and mary when they moved from the gorey area.But we never lost touch either by card or phone.He will be missed by all not just his loving family.
