Brendan Was A Pure Gentleman, Kind, Bril with everyone and A Good Friend to me when I worked with him on the train at Waterford & Suir Valley Railway. I will miss him very much. The bed of heaven to him. My Condolences to all Brendan's family and friend's on your very sad loss
It is with profound sadness that I learned of the tragic death of Brendan. My condolences to his brother Tom and sisters Nuala and Amanda and all his family. Brendan was a very kind and polite man. He did a lot of work for older people painting and decorating and doing small jobs for them and only charged them a very small amount. They were delighted with him and he would sit down and have a cup of tea with them. I remember we put down a laminate floor upstairs here in my own house in Dublin, a few years ago and we had so much talk about the underlay and everything else we make a slight miscalculation causing a problem refitting the door saddle after removing it. We both had different ideas about how it should be replaced. We laughed about it in the end and abandoned the project for another day. That was the kind of gentleman Brendan was . He was a very intelligent man, and many a serious discussion we had doing the rounds of Marley Park. I will miss Brendan's kindness, goodness and helpfull nature. May your gentle soul now rest in peace.
