Sending my deepest condolences to Brian’s family. I became Brian’s neighbour last year and he was so welcoming and we would often stop to chat in the corridor, Brian asking how I was settling in. It was so nice seeing his friendly face around the place. I will miss our chats.

Sad to hear of the death of Brian. I played golf with him on many occasions when I was a new member of Elm Park and enjoyed his company and wit. I often repeat the following comment he commonly made when my put narrowly escaped the hole - "that ball was never going in". It was typical of his off-beat style of humour. May Brian rest in peace.
My sincere condolence to you & the extended family. I knew Brian from Elm Park Golf Club. He was a pure gentleman, always had a laugh & joke with him.
My thoughts & prayer for you & family.
