My sincere sympathies to Joan and the family. I remember those fun nights at the Hibernian Club at Hackneys where we'd sing around the piano until the early morning hours. I'm very sorry to hear of Brians passing and will remember him in my prayers.

We have very fond memories of Brian from the time that he and Joan relocated here. He was very clear minded, able, organised and energetic in all his projects. We worked with him very closely in Glengarriff Tourism and the contribution he made in those years was invaluable, especially on a project called Garinish 100, which bore great fruit in the developments on Garinish Island. It was sad to see when he slipped into ill health, but he fought that too with vigour.
He slipped away peacefully and I have no doubt that he is busy putting a bit of shape on his new home right now.

Our condolences and prayers go out to Joan and their family. The friends in Glenview raised a toast in Brian’s name last night. God bless you all.

Dear Joan...sorry to hear about Brian....he was quite a big part of life in Glenview for so many years and friends with so many of us.
