As you know a part of my heart lives in the Old School House. Which in no small part is due to the incredible welcome I received from all of you every time I arrived in Ireland. I am sorry not to be there to console you on your loss but I continue to hold you in my thoughts and prayers.
With love and gratitude.

Our journey through a life in Craft can seem long, sometimes arduous, but more often laced with the thrills of creation and discovery. It was always joyous sharing our stories of the best and the not so best, the challenging and the dawdles. The why? And the confirmation of the time well spent in achieving the solution.
Yvonne, Alan and Rob, our sincere condolences and wishing you strength and fortitude at this time.

So sad to hear of Uncle Brian’s passing - my main memories of him are from blissful family holidays on the Cork coast - all the adults drinking Murphy’s and laughing all week, and us cousins larking about. Happy days.
I know Mum and Dad enjoyed similar get-togethers right up until your recent holiday in Tavira and they will miss him, and his great sense of humour, terribly.
And what an amazing artist he was - I will always treasure the unique and beautiful silver pot he gifted me and George as a wedding present.
Sending thought and lots of love to you all, Yvonne, Alan and Robert xxxx

Dear Yvonne, Alan and Robert,
My sincere condolences to you all on Brian’s untimely death, the loss of your loving, lifelong partner, husband and father.
I will always cherish the memories I have of Brian with fondness and delight. Of our schooldays together, and archery escapades in Cabinteely woodlands attempting to shoot wood pigeons with bow and arrows, our acrobatic manoeuvres on a high parallel bar in Brian’s parents back garden in Shankill.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Brian was such a charming, creative, innovative and inspiring man, a truly lovely person, I feel privileged to have known Brian and to have had my life enriched by him.
