Deepest sympathy Barbara and family on the sad loss of Brian. We were in the same class in the Jes. He was a very nice guy and a great athlete. May he rest in peace.
Comhbhrón ó chroí to Barbara and family on the death of your dear Brian.
Brian was a respected, valued and very friendly classmate at Coláiste Iognáid, Gaillimh -(the Jes).
Just over sixty years ago we both played on the football team that won the Galway minor football championship with our club Naomh Ciaráin.
We had the pleasure of meeting up at a number of class re-unions over the years.

Our deepest condolences to Aunt Barbara, Susan, Jamie and Peter. I can always remember as a kid going to see family in Ireland, and spending time with the Coyles was always special. I'll never forget the time Uncle Brian took Peter, Patrick Butler, Patrick Tehan and me for a round of golf, and he treated us all to food at the 19th hole. Brian was a loving, caring and amazing individual. He will truly be missed, and I know he will always be remembered as an amazing husband, father and uncle. Much love to the family.

My heartfelt condolences to Barbara and family. Brian was a huge influence in my life path, he persuaded me in 1978 of the great career that Chartered Accountancy offered. "The world is your oyster with that qualification" he told me and that clinched it for me. I then worked with him and he was a good and decent employer, and I learned a lot from him. I said those same "oyster" words to my own daughter and she has now followed this path. Thank you Brian and rest in peace
On behalf of the Metropolitan and Provincial clubs Committee of Leinster Rugby and my own club Ashbourne RFC, I would like to offer our condolences to the Coyle family on the loss of Brian. We are so sorry to hear that Brian has passed. Such a sweet, kind, lovely man. Brian was a great friend and neighbour and will be sadly missed from the Boyne Road/Farganstown community, not to mention his Rugby Club family.

(I so admired his ability to incorporate a Latin phrase into his vocabulary at social events, something we enjoyed chatting about in private conversations, and what a conversationalist he was!)
Rest peacefully gentleman Brian.
