As we approach Brian's month's mind, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest condolences to you all. I was truly saddened to hear of his passing.

I had the privilege of working with Brian many years ago at O'Neil’s, and he was such a genuine and kind person. Over the years, my contact with Brian became less frequent—primarily through the occasional phone call or a Christmas card, for which I’m truly regretful. However, I know that Brian was someone who lived to connect with others, and I always admired that about him.

In reflection, I made the decision not to attend his funeral, as I felt it would be more fitting for those who had remained in closer contact with him throughout the years to be there as mourners. It was a mark of respect for the deep relationships he maintained with those who were a more regular part of his life.

Once again, my heartfelt condolences to you all. Brian’s memory will certainly live on in the many people whose lives he touched.
