I am very saddened to hear of the passing of my uncle Brian. My sincere condolences to Maureen and the rest of the family. I have been thinking of you all this week. I have nothing but great memories of a true gentleman who I was always very fond of. May he rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to Maureen and the extended Hanly Family on the loss of Brian. I only learned of your loss in the last few hours and hence I am using this means of registering my sympathies. I worked with Brian in Biocon / Quest in the early 1990s, when we were all based in The Grand in Crosshaven. Great memories but sadly Brian now joins Liam Horgan and Dave Laughton from that small Grand family - we can only imagine the crack they are having at their Re-Union. May they all Rest In Peace.

I am Lorraine’s sister in Chicago, I never met Brian but I want to offer my sincere condolences to his family on his passing.
I know he was raised in a close knit traditional Irish family by a devoted mother. I am sure she would rather not have him with her so soon, if she could have prevented it she would have, but it has to be very comforting for his surviving siblings to know that she will be there to greet him.
