Please accept my sincerest condolences on Brian's death. He was someone I had huge respect for. An absolute gentleman and one of life's good guys.

Irene words fail me. I met Brian on many occasions when I was with you. So bubbly so friendly warm and welcoming. I am so so sorry for your loss and for your and Brian's Children and wider and extended family. Thinking of you and sending a massive hug. He loved you dearly and was always beaming with pride at all you achieved. Your home was a Haven and A sanctuary to so many. Life was richer for presence of those like Brian. RIP

So sad & upset to have just heard this heartbreaking news, Brian was one of the best, am so sorry we never got to catch up like we promised we would, sending our deepest sympathies to all Brian’s family.

I know how shocked and heart broken I am, so I have a small inkling of the depth of your heartbreak. But weren’t we the lucky ones to have known and loved Brian. I felt extremely proud that he was my cousin. I enjoyed every moment spent with him and going home to Ireland will never be as sweet again.

Deeply shocked and saddened to hear the news of Brian’s sudden passing. We knew each other from the football club and the shipping business. In everything he did Brian excelled. To Irene and all Brian’s family, I am deeply saddened to hear of Brian’s sudden passing. I have fond memories of working with Brian in DFDS Transport back in 1996. He was such a nice person and true gentleman. My he Rest in Peace.

I’m so sorry to hear the sad sad news about Brian. He was such a kind, warm and friendly man. He was so welcoming to us all and was always happy and generous. He had the best taste in rock music and I’ll always remember his drink, Smithwicks with a Guinness head.

He truly was a kind man and I’ll never forget him as an uncle.

Brian was an absolute gentleman, a big softie, I remember him from my early days growing up 3 doors down in Chapel/ Old Street, then had the pleasure of working with him in DFDS Transport & later again in Laser Shipping.

He was one of the most kindest persons that I knew, he would do anything for anyone, he was a caring/ proud father to his children,putting them ahead of himself always.

And not forget his great taste in and love of music, we used to rock across the M50 daily!
