Whether at work, socialising or at the hurling field, Brian's presence always made everything better. Craic was assured if Brian approached.
He had a calmness about him no matter what the situation and an enviable perspective that life should always be taken with a grain of salt. He was always a credit to himself, his club, his parish, his friends and his family where there is now a huge void.
It was an honour to have known him.
