It was a shock to hear of Brians passing, I got to know Brian when he worked in Birr with Shop & Hotel Supplies back in late 1990's. He became a good friend and we played alot of snooker and pool together. With him going to work in Musgraves and I changing jobs we lost contact but he did make contact when his Dad died and we caught up, but as happens life took over for both of us, and we lost contact again. What I wil say is the sort of person Brian was, if you were fortunate enough to meet him you would never forget him, and that is the case with me and no doubt many many more. Sincere sympath to his wife and family. You are in our thougths and prayers at this difficult time, and Brian will always have a place in my memory as a good loyal friend when we were in contact. RIP Brian and thanks for your friendship.
