Brian I spent a wonderful weekend with you and Quack in Mayo a long time ago when I was at shcool with Denise. I also met you many times since. I remember your gentle smile and your gentle manner. You showed me the flowers in your garden and you told me about the birds that visit there. The world needs people like you Brian. Thank you for making the world a better place.

Condolences to Brian’s and Kathleen’s family/friends. We met during the 1990s, when involved in campaigns on the then proposed Port/Airport tunnel. I still recall their integrity, even though we did not keep in touch since!

I’m so sorry to hear about Brian. I have such happy memories of many evenings spent at our respective families’ houses with your Dad chatting to my Dad about printing, typesetting, photography, the theatre and many other subjects. His gentle smile will live on in all our memories.
