My sincere condolences to Brian's family. I had the good fortune to work for him in the late 90s. He had a brilliant legal mind, the more complex the issue, the more he relished the challenge! A kind person, he cared deeply about the welfare of his staff, and indeed, those who were lucky enough to be his clients. Brian was wonderful company too, he was wise and knowledgeable with great sense of humour. May he rest in peace.

It was with great sadness that I express to a long dear friend’s of ours. He was a gentleman and was one person that we have great memories from school and afterwards on trips to Salthill in the famous ford anglia, to us it was like a rolls Royce. Whilst his health had been bad his spirit was so strong he lasted a long time in poor health. We will think of him with fond memories and of all the extended Morton family at this sad time May he rest in peace
