I was greatly saddened on hearing of Brian's death. He was such a lovely kind and gentle man. For many years alas no more, we stayed in Coopershill every February for a weekend and had a wonderful time. It was the favourite weekend of the Year, for all the Dundalk and Dublin crew.
Brian and Lindy were like our parents that weekend, looking after us and making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Brian's kindness never went unnoticed. He was a man we looked up to and we loved his company. We mentioned Brian many times over the years in our conversations over a fine dinner. Regularly comparing it to the wonderful fare in the Dining Room in Coopershill. We will miss him and regret not seeing him in these last years.
To Lindy and your fine Sons we offer you our deepest condolences at this very difficult time.
