To Fin, Aisling and the extended family in Ballyorney, can I express my sincere condolences on the sad passing of Brian. May he rest in peace.

It is with great sadness we learned of Brian’s passing. Regrettably we could not attend the services as we were abroad. Sincere condolences to Fin and Aisling and family. David has very fond memories of playing with Brian in Stradbrook especially the year he was club captain and the great endeavours that they put together to get the New Clubhouse completed. May he rest in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss and always thought as i grew up that I had never seen ( apart from mom and pops) a couple so wonderfully content in each others company and in love as much as yourself and Brian...He was truly a cool uncle and will be truly missed...So sorry we couldnt be there. Love to you Finn and Give Ash a big hug from us. Donal and Jo.

Dear Fin and Aisling Just wanted to send love and prayers to you both. I will always remember Brian as a kind and lovely man; gentle and sweet. I have such happy memories of coming to stay with you at the beautiful and magical home Brian designed and you both created in Enniskerry and was touched by how Brian always recalled that time. It is very fortunate and wonderful indeed to have had such a special person in your life and it helps to remember that when the feelings are so raw. His love lives on through the two of you and his amazing grandchildren. Love to you all. xxxxx

Hi fin ashling and the gang so so sorry for your loss.i am so sorry I couldn't make the funeral.i watched it on the live feed.ashling you were amazing with the eulogy.my fondest memories of Brian were of our summer holidays in brittas with the whole family there.the late night poker games which I loved to watch until I was told to get to bed.brian reminded me of Georgie best similar in looks and was the light and soul of the party a bit like hughie.they will be up there now having a drink together.brian will be sadly missed.look after yourselves
