Remembering a wonderful uncle Brian (he never wanted me to call him Uncle) – full of warmth, humour, and kindness. I have such lovely memories of him that really make me smile. He was a true character who always had a good word for everyone. He will be deeply missed. Love you always.

Sincere condolences to Aine, Niamh, Stephen, Davy and families on the loss of Brian.
Brian was as stoic as he was game for a laugh and how he loved a song and further back in the 1970s, him and Aine brought me to places as diverse as the sea, the mountains and Bewleys Oriental Cafe - First time..
I was unable to attend Brian's funeral but I hope that he is now at eternal peace.
Thank you for the days Brian and the songs,
Martin Maher.
Deepest sympathy to the O’Reilly family on the passing of Brian RIP.

Aine and all your Family, We in the afternoon club were very sadden to hear about Brian's passing. He was a very kind person and greeted everyone on the way in to the club...He attended every Friday with his chauffeur Martin even when he was'nt feeling well he braved it. The afternoon won't be the same without him doing his rendition of John Denvers "Leaving on a jet plane" he always said it was Aine's favourite song 😃. Well Brian your bags are packed and ready to go. Bless you on your journey, may you rest in peace now...
My deepest condolences to you Niamh and all your family, on the sad passing of your Dad.

Brian was a kind and sensitive soul. I remember him picking me up from the airport when I was a child - his warm disposition put me at ease. What a lovely photo of Brian. It’s exactly how I remember him when I last saw him with Stephen at Portmarnock strand. Coffee in hand, a smile on his face, and a heartfelt greeting!

Much love and condolences to all the O’Reilly family and to everyone who knew him well.

Uncle Brian was always there with a smile, a joke and a warm laugh. As a child he took us on adventures when we visited or he came to Canada in the early years.

We were always welcomed with open arms and warmth, even this June after 9 years apart and his much declined health.

Condolences and sympathies to the whole family from all of us, with great respect for the years of care and effort put in to supporting his health challenges.

We still cherish his last welcome sign he had made for us when he welcomed our young family at Dublin airport a decade ago.

Thinking of you all
