He was a great support to all of us on the Junior Sailing Team at LDYC and was always looking to help with any of the many activities that this entailed. My family also send their condolences, but I am away visiting them in England so unable to make the funeral service.

Sincere sympathy to Nuala and all the Rafferty family on the sudden and unexpected death of Brian. Brian was so resourcful and full of good ideas. He did so much work with Tipperary Tidy Towns and the fruits of this are to be seen on the Tipperary river walk,Tipperary hills and in so many other areas of the town. He was also so helpful to our son when he was in transition year and took him on at Rafferty travel where he gained wonderful work experience.
