I was so sad to hear that Brian has passed. Deepest sympathies to Vera, Vincent and Adrienne. We were neighbours for 15 years and Brian was always good humoured and an absolute gentleman. Rest in Peace Brian.

I just heard the sad news that my colleague for over 20 years passed away. I first met him in 1977 and we worked together for over 2 decades in the Ergas and Flogas distribution business’s. It was hard work, however we did have many social occasions, including attending at his Choir’s performances! Our sincere condolences to Vera, Vincent and Adrienne as well as the extended families. May he rest in peace.

Just learned, with surprise and great sadness of the death of Brian. He was a gentle and modest man,one year ahead of me in School, a colleague in the Gas buisness and a friend whose company we enjoyed. Sincere condolences to Vera, Vincent and Adrienne and all Brian's extended family on Brian's sad passing. We knew Brian had not been well for a while but this did not stop his good humour and wit. We would often meet Brian out and about in the village walking or going through on his bike and he would never pass without a few words or a bit of banter. Also at mass Brian would always stop for a few words on his way in to join the choir. He would very often try to drag you along with him. He will be sadly missed by us all in the community. We have certainly lost a gentleman.

We both are so saddened to learn of Brian’s passing after an illness borne with great courage and personal dignity. We had the great privilege to know Brian and Vera and Vincent and Adrienne over an extended period while he operated a successful business with Gas Distributors in Dublin acting as a very well regarded and successful Distributor for FLogas in this region . We built enduring relationships and great memories from times spent together through business and socially.
