My fond memories of her is when I was attending Longford convent back in the 70's I bought ingredients regularly for my domestic science class,in her lovely shop. Bridie was so friendly and kind and didn't always take full payment for my purchases.
What a lady with a very warm smile, she will be fondly remembered by many and sorely missed, re-united with her beloved Hughie.
