Deep condolences to Tom, the Conlan & Doyle families on the sad passing of Bridgie. I met Bridgie for the first time at Tom & Clare's wedding in 1980. My first thought was - what a beautiful looking woman. While our paths have only crossed a few times since, I look at the photo on RIP and see the beauty still there. Reading the tributes to her - that beauty was inside and out. May God rest her.

We are so sorry to hear this sad news. When I asked in January she said she and the family were all fine so this is a real shock. She came to us aged 14 to help her aunt Noreen look after Glynis, Shelagh and Cormac. We were not easy kids. I think she made a sensible decision to stay in Ireland. She has obviously left a wonderful legacy in a loving family with wonderful memories to cherish of a life well lived. May she rest in peace.

We were deeply saddened to hear about Bridget's passing. She was such a wonderful and caring person, and we were lucky to have known her. We will always cherish the friendship that Bridget and Marie had, and will continue to remember the stories they told us of their adventures. She will be greatly missed.
