My deepest sympathy to Jimmy, Deirdre, Catherine, grandchildren and all the Foley family. My Mam always spoke about the Indian summer of September 1953, with the babies out in their prams in the garden with no blankets. That was when 2 new families the Foleys and the Mc Quaids moved to Glasanaon. At that stage Bridget (Bee) & Pat and our Aideen (A) were just a year old and our Brian 3 months. The 2 families have remained friends now over 50 years.. So Bee was kind, gentle, loving, and friendly to everyone. Children adored her and she was never without a child on her hip as we played. With 22 kids between 3 families you can just imagine the fun we had growing up. I was always jealous of Bee as she was great at skipping unlike me. She was also brilliant, in my childhood memories, as she was able to juggle 3-4 tennis balls up in the air or against the garden wall. Again something I couldn't do. So Bee thanks for all the happy childhood memories and you and Pat are just 2 young to leave us. Those cherished memories of our family connections will always be with us. Love to all the Foleys here and of course in Canada. Rest in peace Bee.
