Deepest condolences James, Amanda, Roger & Vincent on the loss of your mother. She was a wonderful, warm and friendly presence in the lives of all who grew up in Ballinclea. I would often meet her on my visits home and she always had a smile and time for a chat. May she Rest In Peace.

so sorry to hear about your mothers passing. I have fond memories of visiting after school or at the weekend and your mum was always full of chat and eager to hear what we were doing and where we were going.

Bridget always made us smile when we met her
Her zest for life was infectious & she was such a positive lady
She absolutely loved to chat & her ability to remain fit with lots of walking was admirable
I remember one day it was snowing & I looked out & there was Bridget out off for a walk ( probably her 2nd of the day !)
Nothing stopped her

We will miss seeing her strolling past our house in Racefield

Dear Amanda, James, Roger and Victor, I was very sad to hear that your gorgeous mum Bridget has died. She was the most amazing lady, funny, spirited, with a heart of gold. She was part of the fabric of several of my childhood memories, and part of our family in friendship for more years than I can remember, and very beloved by all of us. Bridget and your gorgeous dad Vincent were always part of our family occasions down through the years and she led the party nights with mischief and hilarity! Never a dull moment!
I met her last whilst walking with my dad during covid times in the little park near Cluny, we had a great chat, catching up etc and my heart was joyful after meeting with her.
I'm heartbroken for your loss and I hope that she is reunited with her beloved Vincent.

I am so sorry to hear of Bridget's passing. I loved meeting her on the "Res" and chatting with her about the state of the world. She always had a pithy comment that invariably made me smile. We need such generous souls in our warring world.
