Sad to hear the passing of Auntie Bridie. Had a great innings and no doubt leaves a lasting legacy. My Dad loved to sing and had a lovely voice and it obviously was the same with Bridie. Rest In Peace . Love to the family from Kev in Australia.

I was with the deepest sadness that became aware, in recent days, of the passing of a much loved aunt. Auntie Bridie to me, and to my Brother and Sister, was a lovely warm and talented person who enriched the lives of all of us, during her time among us. I have so very many fond memories of visits to our Auntie Bridie, Uncle Thomas and cousins over the years and indeed the many greater family hollies which took place at our former home (57 Arbour Hill) during the late 1950's. Auntie Bridie was always willing to chip in with a song or two, to the immense pleasure and entertainment of all. Aunt Bridies talents also extended to D.I.Y. at home as she was a consummate wall paperer and painter. My deepest sympathies to my cousins. RIP Aunt Bridie.
