Aunt Brigid was a force of nature and her passing will leave an emptiness in all our hearts. My deepest sympathy to all family members who were touched by her strength, good humor and strong faith. She opened her home and heart to me during my first visit to Ireland in 1970. I am comforted to know that she died in the loving embrace of her family. She will never be forgotten.
We are devastated to hear of the loss of an amazing lady. Funny, smart and very glamorous. Rest in peace Bridie. Our thought and prayers are with you all.
Aunt Brigid was a strong and loving woman who surrounded us with her warmth, her care and her love for her children, her brothers, her many nephews and nieces. She gave such wonderful friendship and care to my mother. We are fortunate for having had Aunt Brigid in our lives and she will be sorely missed.
Our thoughts are with Bridie's family at this sad time.
We'll always remember her kindness and hospitality.
I remember with fond gratitude Brigid visiting me in St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin in 2010. It was a very difficult time for me and Bridget was full of concern and humanity for me after what could have been a disastrous and life-changing accident.
With my deepest sympathies to all of Aunt Bridie's family on your irreplaceable loss. My memory will be of a happy and smiling face and my regret that I hadn't seen that face for far too long.
We extend our deepest heartfelt condolences to all of the family at this time of loss. We have fond memories of our good times together here in the USA and in Dublin.
Our sincere sympathy to the Lenehan family. We will all miss Bridie.
Offering you my deepest sympathies.
Our condolences to the entire family of my aunt Brigid. Our fondest memory of our first visit to Ireland was that of the Lenihan family and their hospitality and we felt like we were at home. RIP aunt Brigid.
