Anytime I spoke about Bridie to Edel or anyone I always said ‘what a woman’ because genuinely what a woman she was, one of the loveliest lady’s I’ve ever been lucky enough to meet. The best mother and grandmother anyone could ever have. She welcomed my babys into her home with open arms as her grandkids best friends and was always so lovely to them and to me. Edel, I know how much your mam meant to you and you to her and I know this must be the hardest thing to go through but she won’t ever leave you, her baby girl the light of her whole world you and your kids are and always will be 💜 sending love to you, James, Lorcan, Tadhg, Saoirse and baby James. Rest in peace Bridie, back in the arms of your beloved husband Pat 💜
