Bridie was more than a work colleague, she was a friend, a second mammy, a shoulder to cry on, a person who brightened up everyone's day with her antics, sense of humour & infectious smile. She was the most kind, funny, cheeky person I have ever met and probably ever will meet. One in a million. With a heart of gold and a huge smile and a kiss for me every morning. I am honoured to have known her for 18 years and will always remember her with a smile and happy memories. Rest in peace Brides xx

I have the so many wonderful fond memories of working with Bridie which all began with the opening of the original 9 bedroom Christy’s Hotel .

Bridie brightened everybody day with her beautiful smile and her infectious sense of humor..I always loved popping into The Mill Restaurant and giving her a huge hug every year that I returned home .
Bridie you have no idea of how much you were loved by staff and customers .
