Very sorry to hear of Bridie’s passing. I met her a number of times in Coral Haven when I was visiting my aunt. She was a lovely lady. May she Rest in Peace.

I knew Bridie well when she worked in catering on the Gynae ward in University College Hospital . She took great pride in her work. She ran the kitchen like clockwork, and was meticulous when it came to good hygiene and cleanliness. She carried out her work cheerfully with a smile on her face. The patients loved her.
