Was minded by Bridie for many years when I was younger. Always looked forward to going up to her house and getting my egg soldiers for lunch. Even years when I was bigger and scruffier she'd still recognise me when we ran into each other and always had a smile and time for a chat. Condolences to friends and family, she'll be sorely missed!

Bridie looked after the seven of us as children for many years.
She was such a kind and caring lady. I am sure we must have been a handful at times but she had endless patience and kindness.

I was away last week and am so sorry to have missed Bridie's funeral.
