I was very sorry to hear of the passing of lovely Bridie. She and Pat brought up a lovely and kind family. I recall with much fondness hanging out with Peter and Liam and John at Maynooth, Balla and Ballinrobe marts and chasing cattle with them in Ballintubber. I remember card games in Ballintubber and Bridies hospitality and great fun times in Maynooth when we visited. My thoughts are with the whole family at this time and pass on my sincere condolences to you all. I was very sorry i couldnt make the funeral or removal with work but just wanted to pass on my condolences. Are Dheis De go raibh A Anam

We’re both so deeply sorry for your loss. I am however so happy I got to see Bridie over Christmas. Such a pleasant memory I’ll hold with me. Losing someone so close can be so difficult because it’s not just a loss of that person, but a shift in life without them. Matt and I are both here for anything. I just know Bridie is up there having a Jameson and laughing with her brothers and her sister (my grandma rose) probably both wearing something fabulous! Love to you all xx
