My dear auntie, a lovely lady whose kindness and care were always appreciated when we visited Castlepook as children, where we had so many adventures that left us with memories that my sister Pat and I still recall today. I smile when I remember the morning Bridie tried to teach us how to hand-milk cows. Milk spilled, stools tipped over, and we never did get the hang of it. Bridie laughed and sent us off to do something else. Later, as adults, we appreciated the same warm welcome. I hope Bridie knew how much she meant to us. She holds a special place in our hearts and minds. Sadly missed.

She worked tirelessly to care for us all, always with a smile. She is a huge loss to us all. There's no doubt that she has gone to her eternal reward.

I wish to convey my sincere sympathy to bridies family , grandchildren, ,daughterin law sons in law her many friends,and extended relatives when i was in nazareth house last year bridie was there and she was an absolute lady and she always recited the rosary after tea with us and she had the most beautiful prayersof her own that she always said after the rosary i hope her family have those prayers written down as none of us had ever heard such beautiful prayers god rest your beautiful soul bridie,you were a beautiful lady and lovely company,it was a pleasureto have spent time in your midst rest in eternal peace bridie
