We would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent loss. Fr Lohan and Fr Conway who celebrated the Requiem mass, Maddens undertakers, Church singers, Gravediggers, Dr Moore, The Malthouse for refreshments. Garbally Nursing Home where Auntie Bea spent her last 18months and where we were allowed visit ‘through her bedroom window’ due to Covid.
We will fondly remember Auntie Bea feeding the birds on her windowsill, from the weekly supply of bird seed brought to her by Noel and the Robin that sat on her window.
As your nieces & nephews sang one of your favourite songs, ‘Galway Bay’ at your graveside, music accompanied by your grandnieces Ciara and Sorcha, our hope for Auntie Bea is that she has found peace and is with the Lord. That she is surrounded by her loved ones, her late husband Martin, her parents Margaret & Willie Gordon, her sisters Ann Whyte, Moylough, Mary, Bolton & Kinvara and her brother Peter, Renmore.
May her soul RIP.
Months Mind Mass will be held in Kinvara.

Brigid was a wonderful woman who I was permanently in touch with over the years we had many discussions regarding local and national issues of the day. She was in contact with my mother and brother weekly and they both enjoyed the chats.

It was always a pleasure to canvass St. Patrick's Rd as I always received a warm welcome from Bea, I greatly appreciated her continuous support over the years.
