Condolences to the O’Connor and Vines families at this devastating time for you all. Church Road has been such an important home to so many generations of people including myself. It didn’t matter if it was four in the afternoon or four in the morning - anyone who crossed the door would not leave without tea and would get well fed. Church Road was like a lobster pot, once you got in you couldn’t get out! If that kitchen table could talk, it would tell some stories. To lose a loved one at any time is so difficult but to lose someone at this time of year is absolutely devastating. Thank you for all the support and encouragement over the years and especially for the way you looked after every single one of us that was lucky enough to be part of your home.
Rest in peace now, after a lifetime of looking after others.
