I was so saddened to hear of the untimely passing of the gorgeous Brona. I have fond memories of drinking tea with her in Drumeela with the warmest of O'Brien welcomes. I loved seeing her thereafter in Arva or Carrigallen over the years where you'd hear her infectious laugh first and always have a good chat and a giggle.

I have known Brona for the past forty seven years since she enrolled as a First Year in Carrigallen Vocational School. She was a great student in every respect. Later , we were fellow members of The Corn Mill Theatre, Carrigallen where she proved to be a very talented actress.
Brona was one of the friendliest, kindest, positive , good - humoured, inspirational people one could ever hope to meet.
It is sometimes said that we forget more than we remember, but Brona radiated so much joy in everything she did that it is a certainty that she will never be forgotten by the many people who knew her and loved her, and who will cherish the memory of never having had a conversation or a contact with Brona without feeling the better for it. May she rest in peace.
