Rest in peace, Bryan. My deepest sympathy to your family and friends.

A few years ago, I lived and worked in Clonskeagh and regularly met Bryan at the bank there. Even after I transferred to another branch, Bryan would always salute me when he passed by as I made my morning commute; it was a simple thing, but it really made me feel I was part of a wonderful community in Clonskeagh. Thank you, Bryan. Rest well.

Myra my sincere condolences on the loss of Bryan.
Although it must be thirty years since I last met Bryan, it saddens me to hear that he is gone. Whether it was studying and working in Oliver Freaney, playing squash or general enjoying life he was a joy to be with and lifted the spirits of all about him.
Myra, Fiona, Phelim and Elva, please accept my sincerest condolences. I remember Bryan for his kindness when I was starting out in my working life. He was always lovely to meet over the years May Bryan rest in peace.

I first met Bryan on the Rosslare Le Havre ferry in 1975 at a students conference. He was larger than life then and only got better with age.
