I’m so sorry, shocked and saddened to hear of Cáit’s passing. I knew Cáit from attending her classes at live and breathe Pilates in Dublin. I attended classes in person and online, and recently she helped me immeasurably through my pregnancy, with her kindness, warmth, encouragement, guidance and patience. I hope it brings some comfort to know how many lives she touched, and that we are all thinking of her , and you all, through this time of immense loss.
