Remember visiting in Griffith ave with my parents Micheál Murphy and Biddy. We were connected through Andy Vaughan RIP. Connected with Cáit in later years through our good friends Emer Ó Ceallacháin and family.

Condolences to the McCarthy family on the passing of dear Cáit. My earliest memory is of driving down Griffith Avenue in the very early 80s with Cáit to visit Mamó while she was minding me before I went to school. She has been a great friend to our family ever since, especially to Mam. The photo of the two of them last summer out in Swords is beautiful and shows the connection they held for so long. Rest well Cáit.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Cait. She will always be remembered so fondly and with gratefulness for her hospitality and support for me while I was in Ireland during 1992-1994. Her generosity and kindness and friendship has carried me through some difficult years and may her soul rest in peace. I pray that may God comfort all the family and friends. My prayers are with you.

Sincere sympathy to you, and your siblings on her passing.....have fond memories of your mum when i would meet her when we both worked in Cappagh many many moons ago !!
