I didn’t know Callum personally, I’m a friend of his auntie Steph but I just wanted to pass on my condolences to your family and Callum’s friends. I can see he was an amazing young man and will be sorely missed.
Rest in peace 💔
To Suzanne, Steven and Sean, sending my deepest and heartfelt condolences.

I went to the same college course as Callum in BFEI and we worked together in group projects. He was very intelligent, bright and was one of the most caring people I knew.

Cal, The purest of souls to ever bless the walls of 88 Lower Georges Street.

I know how much you meant to everyone in the Lighthouse and will be so missed.

Once a member of the LH family , Always a member x
I was absolutely shocked and saddened by this news. I am a regular in The Lighthouse and will miss Callum greatly; I very much enjoyed talking to him whilst sitting at the bar. Mostly nonsense and having the craic, but sometimes more serious topics. Like all the best barmen, he was a good conversationalist and funny while still making sure you wanted for nothing. A very warm, decent, and kind individual.

Suzanne and family, my deepest condolences on the loss of your wonderful Cal. May he rest in peace.
My deepest sympathy to Suzanne,
Steven, Sean and the rest of the family. To say I’ve known Callum is such a privilege itself. He was vivacious, full of life and curiosity. He had a wonder for the world and always strived to continue exploring what’s out there. His passion for justice and equality illuminated our conversations. Whether it was watching a Leinster match or talking about the unknown spirits, Cal always spoke with his heart which is what everyone knows Cal for, his big and wonderful heart. He was my ray of sunshine and my biggest motivator. I will always celebrate who he was and carry with me all the wonderful memories and lessons we had together.

To have known you was an honor, but to be able to call you one of my closest friends is something I am truly grateful for.

Thank you for giving me the most amazing memories, the many conversations we have had behind the bar, your singing and dancing that would instantly bring a smile to everyone's face and your ability to make us all cry with laughter is something I will never forget and will always cherish.

Suzanne, I am truly heartbroken to hear about the tragic loss of your precious son. ❤️ My thoughts are with you, your family and all his friends during this unimaginably difficult time.
Cal was a really good friend of my ex and we all use to go out together after school, he was so caring and lovely! Once i had my daughter he came to see us with grapes and chocolate and said that he didnt know what he could bring for the baby so he brought those. It was one of the best interactions ive had! I only seen him about 2 months ago or so in work and he recognised me straight away and started chatting away... he had a heart of gold. So sad, really lovely person. Will be missed by everyone! My condolences too all the family
I met Callum when I started working in the Lighthouse, from the get go I knew he was a special kinda person. The most interesting and intelligent man, someone who could make any room brighter and any conversation meaningful. It was clear he had a way of connecting with people that was rare and beautiful. I will forever count my lucky stars that I met him and I will always find comfort in the memories of the light he brought into my life.

To Cal’s family, no words can truly ease the pain you are feeling, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. May you find strength in each other and in the love and support of those around you.

My Cali bby, I’ll love ya forever x
Cal, thank you for coming into my life and all of our lives. I'm blessed & we all are to have you as a friend, you were & always will be a bundle of love.

Everything about you was infectious from your laugh, your stories (and jaysis you were some man for the chat and stories) , how you truly lived each day, your caring nature and how you made everyone around you feel.

I love you Cal

Cal, where do I even begin… you were such a ray of sunshine, you brought joy to each and everyone one of us and I’m so so grateful to have had you in my life as long as I did. You meant so much to me, you helped me become the person I am today you literally dragged me out of my shell and that’s something I will always cherish. I’ll keep the polaroid pictures you gave me safe (don’t worry I won’t shake them!) Rest easy, I love you always.
Deepest heartfelt sympathy to Callum's family, i'm so sorry for your loss. Callum was my daughter's Jade and Kayleigh's co worker but moreso their wonderful good friend who they adored. He was always there for them when they needed him. Such an amazing young man that I had the pleasure of knowing. Always a smile and happy. One memory I'll always treasure is of him and the gang having fun in our house last Halloween. Big hugs to all the guys in the Lighthouse, my heart is breaking for you all thinking of you all. RIP lovely Callum xxx

My deepest sympathy to Cal’s family at this sad time. Cal was a great friend and I will always remember our times together. Going on hikes, going to concerts but most of all our chats and friendship. Cal you were an absolute gent whose personality was infectious. I will miss you
To Suzanne and family - am so sorry for your loss. Can't imagine what you're all going through right now.

Callum will be so deeply missed by myself and Seán. He was an incredible friend, and his infectious laugh brought so much joy to those around him. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
Serendipity is a word I would use to describe how it is to find the groups of people often found propped up on bar stools in the Lighthouse, lounging on the seats outside Bucks or huddled around the two working heat lamps in Lockies…finding something good without looking for it.

I owe so much to Roger for bringing me out two summers ago where I had the pleasure of meeting Callum amongst many other beautiful people. Since then, I’ve been truly blessed to have had some amazing times with Cal. He was truly the Light of the Lighthouse, a gentlemen, a comedian, an entertainer, an old soul and more importantly a friend to all.

To have known Callum for such a short amount of time and for him to have had such an impact is a testament to the person he was and I’ll miss seeing his cheeky smirk when I’d bump into him in Dun Laoghaire or walk into the Lighthouse. “Dash of coke with loads of ice?” He would say to me with a raised eyebrow and grin whenever I’d walk in.

I’m beyond grateful to have known Cal and to have found a second family with the friends we share ❤️ Sending love and strength to Cal’s family, he was truly one of a kind.
Suzanne and family, I'm so deeply sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you, and I can't begin to imagine the pain you're feeling. Please know that I'm here for you, holding you in my thoughts and prayers.
Cal, I don’t know where to start. I hope you knew how much I loved you, you made me smile every time I seen you. You calmed down every situation, and most importantly you made me laugh. I can’t believe the next time I walk into the lighthouse you won’t be there. The past 3 years of knowing you were some of the best of my life. You cheered me up when I was down and you were a lighthouse in a storm. The last time I seen you, you jokingly pretended to be drunk and kept saying “I love you rog”. Though you were joking and tried to annoy me, that memory of you saying that has not left my head since Saturday and I don’t think it ever will. Thank you for every memory I have with you.
I love you cal,
‘Rodge Podge’.
To my beautiful friend,

Thank you for coming into our lives & joining our Lighthouse family.. I knew from the moment you stepped behind the bar that you were one of us. How blessed we all were to have you in our lives. Im honoured to have called you one of my bar babies & I know your never to pick favourites, but my god you had my heart.

I will cherish every single moment we shared together. You were the breath of fresh air we always needed, the laughter & stories will forever be with me & I thank my lucky stars I knew you.

Sending every ounce of love & strength I have to your family at this time x
I am heartbroken to hear about your loss. As a parent myself, I can only begin to imagine the pain you must be going through, and I want you to know that my thoughts are with you and your family during this incredibly difficult time.
Condolences, Stephen and Suzanne, on your dear sons passing.
Tragic news.
May he rest in peace.
🙏🙏🙏
My condolences to Cal’s family and friends. All I can say in this tough time is I feel blessed to have known him, such a great guy always sincere with a smile on his face. From playing football with him as a kid and being driven around to matches dublin by my mum and usually supported by Cal’s brother, and on the pitch, Cal would be our best player week in week out! Will always have happy memories of those times, in more recent times, it was always a relief popping into the lighthouse seeing Cal behind the bar after I finished work, having a quick chat and maybe getting a late drink as a favour, it was always appreciated :).
Cal will be greatly missed.
RIP
Please accept sincere sympathy for your dreadful loss Suzanne.

To all of Callum's family, I am so sorry for your loss.

Getting to know Callum was a pleasure and a honour I’ll always cherish forever.

Callum was the life of the party; a light that shined around us and the glue of the friendship. Meeting callum during lockdown in Sean’s car was something I’ll never forget on how he was so happy, chatty and have the most infectious laugh that kept me smiling. He was the type of person that makes sure you keep laughing and smiling, the type of person who was never afraid to be himself and he encourage you to be yourself without a care in the world.

Callum; you will be missed sorely, thank you for the memories of lockdown, hikes, town, and everything. I appreciate you and the memories you have given me.
Sincere condolences on the loss of Cal, he was a friend of my son in Marion College. Thinking of your family at this sad time xxx

The weight of this loss is immeasurable, yet the impact of his life will echo far beyond his years. Though I did not know Cal, the love and strength I see in you, Suzanne reflect the incredible person he must have been. May you, Stephen and Sean find solace in the beauty of his memory and the countless lives he touched. A life so young, yet so deeply meaningful, leaves an indelible mark - Ní bheidh a leithéid arís ann.
Our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your beautiful son and brother. Wishing you comfort at this most difficult time. Erica and Seán
To all of Callum's family, I am so sorry for your loss.
Callum was a larger than life character with an infectious laugh that would bellow through Sean's car during our many lockdown drives. He was a gentle giant who was friendly to everyone he came across. He would talk to anyone regardless of their background, he was himself a character. I will always remember our last minute trip to London for new years and our mission to get back home. He had a strong sense of right and wrong and always looked out for his mates. He will be sadly missed.
My sincere condolences to you all in this sad time.
May Cal rest in peace xx
