When I first saw you, it was love,
Overwhelming and consuming and loud.
And i could think of nothing else but you.
That love grew day by day
And although less intense, it was deeper and comfortable as time went on.
Now thoughts are with me of that Overwhelming love and it floats to the surface with tears
You will always be in my heart and on my mind.

If i can let the memories of your passing
Hold me back at the moment
I know i will one day let the memories
Of our good times propel me forward again
