Thinking of you all today on his month anniversary. You are all in my thoughts most days. Today this poem was in my mind so I shall share it in the hope that it brings some comfort as I'm sure the feeling is mutual...we all wanted to help dear Caoilte so much. Together we can change our flawed mental health system and do it in memory of him. May he rest in peace.

The Cloths of Heaven

Had I the heaven's embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light;
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

W. B. Yeats

Condolence on the loss of Caoilte RIP You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers
I had the privilege of meeting Caoilte as a fellow volunteer with OCD Ireland a few years ago. He was a wonderful addition to the group and though we only overlapped briefly he made a big and hugely positive impression. I am so sorry to hear this news and want to convey my deepest condolences. He will be sorely missed.
Dual Diagnosis Ireland would like to express our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Caoilte. It is very clear he was deeply loved and will be very sadly missed.
Carol, Angela and Eoin.
Phil, I have not stopped thinking about you since I heard of the death of your dear son Caoilte . Phil , I have absolutely no idea what to say to you. Being a mother too, can only guess at your heartbreak. All I can give you is my thoughts and prayers.

Mary Savage (Wrafter)
Phil and family,

We were deeply saddened to hear of your dear son's passing.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all our dear cousins and their families.
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. RIP Caoilte
I still remember the first time I met Caoilte and being so struck by his passion and knowledge of psychology as well as what a lovely young man he was. I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with him and to learn from him.

Once Caoilte joined the OCD Ireland team he quickly made himself an invaluable member of the group. He showed compassion for the people he came in contact with as the Social Media Coordinator for OCD Ireland as well as contributed to the day to day operations of the organisation. In addition to developing and defining the newly created role of Social Media Coordinator, Caoilte provided assistance with the RTE documentary, ‘OCD and Me’, as well as with the development and execution of the first international OCD Week in October 2013.

The loss of Caoilte is one that strikes me both professionally and personally. I know the world of psychology has lost someone who regularly made such a positive impact both with online communities, such as the Assistant Psychologists group, and with the groups OCD Ireland supported. He is someone who had the makings to be a professional who would have made an even bigger difference than he already had. On a personal level, I am so sad at this loss because Caoilte was a true gentleman. He had the ability to find humour and to make me laugh no matter how difficult the circumstances were. His sensitivity and compassion were always present and no request was ever too big for him. Rest in peace, Caoilte.
OCD Ireland wishes to offer its deepest sympathies to the family, extended family and friends of Caoilte O' Broin. We are so sorry for your loss. Caoilte had been a volunteer with OCD
Ireland since September 2012. He was our social media coordinator and was responsible for the day to day communication between the public via both face book and email.
He was the front line of contact to any sufferer or carer who was in need of information and support. He was excellent at this job and made a difference to the lives of sufferers on a daily basis. We feel very fortunate to have known him.
May he rest in Peace.
Brian Davis, CEO on behalf of the OCD Ireland Team
