Dear Marie and family: it was my privilege to fly with Maurice on Viscounts and B707. He was one of the captains that I always looked forward to flying with as he was a wonderful leader and great company in the cockpit. He treated us "beginner cadet" pilots with the same respect as if we were experienced co-pilots. He is a great loss to those who knew him.
May he rest in peace and his family be proud for what Maurice contributed to Irish Aviation.
