Very sad news to hear of Pats passing. He was a huge influence on my musical journey in my childhood and his teachings and life lessons have certainly carried on decades afterwards. A truely talented and one of a kind musician and human. Will be sorely missed.

Sincere condolences to the Nolan family on Pats passing. Pat was one of a kind. He was a true gentleman and a warm and talented person. He has had a unique and profound effect on so many people’s lives. As a young boy in the Army Band, 5-6 of us would squeeze in to pats office at lunchtime where pat taught us theory and harmony and went above and beyond to get the very best out of us. As a boss, Pat was always good natured and put the person first and in return, was hugely respected. He will always be remembered for being a great musician and one of life’s true gentlemen. May he rest in peace.
