Deepest sympathy to the O'Grady family on the death of Carmel. Carmel was a single figure golfer and a great club member of Elm Park. She organised the Friday lunch group for many years. May she RIP.

Sincere sympathy to all Carmel's family and friends on their sad loss. What a wonderful person, always so positive, with such interesting stories to tell about her travels. She was a joy to meet, even in recent times -when she made light of her failing health. I am so sorry that I can't to attend her Mass tomorrow. RIP Carmel.

I was so sorry to learn of the death of dear Carmel. She contributed much to golf in Elm Park over the years and in her later days loved travel and meeting her friends for lunch and a chat in the Club. May she rest in peace.
Carmel was a Lady, a wonderful Golfer in her day, formerly played off a 6 handicap in Ballybunion, some achievement!

Carmel was loving treasured friend since 1947 when we met in boarding school Ratthfarnham.
Carmel lived a wonderful full life, always so kind, generous, her boundless hidden kindness and generosity helped so many people. She wasso compassionate and interested in people. Her travels were joy , exchanging houses from Canada to New Zealand , making lasting friends. Her apt in Menton was second home to her and many friends were guests
Carmel had deep , lived faith. Daily mass was part of her life, and her goodness was remarkable. in her recent frail times she was so brave, always good humoured and kept going meeting friends until some days before her death
A truly inspiring lady , a privilege to have had her friendship, such wonderful memories. she will enjoy eternal happiness, and her good works follow her. S. berna Fahy
