To Fergal, Mary and Carmel’s children please accept my condolences on the death of Carmel . When you look at her wedding photo I was the flower girl . I got to ride in the carriage to the hotel and they brought me a beautiful gondola from Venice - a jewellery box which had a ballerina dancing to music when you opened it ! I will never forget it …. RIP
Heartfelt condolences to Paul, Susan, Aisling and Brian as you mourn the passing of your beautiful Mum, Carmel.

I have such fond memories of her during Friday afternoon play dates at your house in 1980s Cork. She was always so kind and welcoming, and made everyone feel at home. I can still hear her gentle chuckle and picture her shy smile in my minds eye. Carmel had a quiet grace that left a lasting impression.

Keeping each of you, and everyone who loved her, in my thoughts and prayers, and hoping you find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with your beloved Dad, John.
Aisling Brian and family i was sad to hear about your Mum Carmels passing away. She was a lovely lady and I will miss my weekly visits and chats with her. May she Rest in Peace.
We were very sad to hear of Carmel’s passing, may she rest in peace. Carmel was a very special friend. I miss her greatly. She was an intelligent, soft spoken, gentle lady and we spent many an hour “setting the world to rights”.
Sleep easy Carmel, safe with John.
To Brian, Aisling, Susan and Paul and Carmel’s adored grandchildren and daughter in law
