Sincerest condolences to Damien and family. Carmen was a beautiful gentle, kind soul and wonderful neighbour. My grandkids knew Carmen as the bird lady who daily fed the grey Heron on the "Miler" that stood right in front of her house waiting for her attention. Carmen always took time to chat . Sadly missed. May she rest in peace.
