Carol, words cant describe enough how much you have done for our charity, your tireless work from the minute you heard about us to the very last weeks of your life you literally done everything you could to help us in our fight against Sepsis in Ireland, you were one of the very first trailblazers in that fight and we will continue our work in your honour, we would like to pass on our Condolences to all the family and friends of Carol, such a special lady and whom will be forever our Sepsis Star - All of us at Irish Sepsis Foundation
