Carol took care of my Aunt right up to her death in 2016. She spoke very highly of Carol.She went above and beyond to help my aunt with her daily needs and I enjoyed meeting her in the evening time when she called to ensure my aunt was safely in bed. RIP Carol....you will be missed. Im so sad to hear of her passing.

Carol was a beautiful person who was so kind, caring and very generous. She was a wonderful friend to my mam - they had a lovely friendship. Carol was so generous to Harper and always thought of her, she got her a beautiful bear and im so grateful that we have that as a special reminder of Carol.

Carol, it's hard to put into words how much you meant to me. A life long friend, childhood neighbour and a colleague in Krups. While life gets in the way as you grow older you were always an old friend I loved to bump into while you were out walking usually either coming or going for work. You were a true friend one who's door was always opened and I'll forever be grateful that in the last 3 years I've been able to knock on that door once a week to catch up with you. I'm going to miss calling over to you every Friday, I'll miss our chats and the little walks we took together. I'm absolutely heartbroken that your gone. Rest peacefully my dear friend x

To Erika and Emmet ye were both yer mother's world and she adored ye. There's nothing she wouldn't have done for ye. My heart is broken for ye. I've no douth that yer mam will always be watching over ye protecting ye both just like she always done.

Me and Erika were great friends growing up, Carol you were a lovely woman, I still remember my Dad had an accident with him and my mother with my two little sisters and it was Carol who collected me from school with Erika and brought me to then and over to her house a long time ago in primary school.
